Return & Refund Policy

At December Avenue Official Online Store, we take pride in the quality of every item we release. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns only for the following cases:

- Wrong item received
- Damaged item upon arrival
- Manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be reported within 7 days from receiving the order

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection
- Minor variations in color due to screen differences
- Limited edition or clearance items

Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our team.

Exchanges
If the item is eligible for exchange, we will replace it depending on stock availability.
