## Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier service.

Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
- Provincial Areas: 5–12 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days

### Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila Only)
We also offer GrabExpress as a special same-day delivery option within Metro Manila only, subject to rider availability, weather conditions, and store operating hours.

Customers selecting GrabExpress may be contacted directly for booking coordination and delivery confirmation.

## Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

## Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

December Avenue Official Online Store will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

## Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive, or unclaimed shipments may require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
